Petrol prices in UAE – May 2026

UAE petrol prices are revised every month by the UAE Fuel Price Committee and apply uniformly at all stations — ADNOC, ENOC, and Emarat — across all seven emirates. Prices have been aligned with global crude oil benchmarks since fuel subsidies were removed in 2015.

May 2026 saw petrol grades rise by approximately 8% from April, driven by continued global market volatility and stalled progress in the Middle East conflict. Diesel was frozen for the second consecutive month to protect the logistics and supply chain sectors.

New prices are announced on the last day of each month and take effect on the 1st. Special 95 suits most standard cars, SUVs, and crossovers. Super 98 is for high-performance and luxury vehicles. E-Plus 91 is used by commercial fleets, taxis, and older vehicles.
